2. Eligibility

• Use the platform under the supervision of an educational institution

Users must provide accurate information when accessing the platform.

3. Account Access

SmartSchedulo currently provides authentication through Google Sign-In.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access.

Institutions may manage user access, permissions, and roles through authorized administrators.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Disrupt platform functionality
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Misrepresent their identity
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

5. Institutional Responsibility

Educational institutions remain responsible for:

• User account management
• Faculty permissions
• Student access control
• Academic data accuracy
• Institutional policy compliance

6. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, software, designs, workflows, content, and intellectual property associated with SmartSchedulo remain the property of SmartSchedulo unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit platform materials without written permission.

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of academic content uploaded through the platform.

By uploading content, users grant SmartSchedulo the necessary rights to store, process, and display such content solely for providing platform services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable platform availability.

However, SmartSchedulo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or external factors may occasionally affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartSchedulo shall not be liable for:
